Re: LEATHER DYE FOR YOUR SAAB (or indeed any other marque)
Just bought a 900 t16 with front aero black seats but the original grey leather seats in the back. The front seats are rock black, which is one of the colours you list, will it dye the back seats the same colour as the front, or is it more to repair/refresh the due on same colour seats?
Thanks

I've changed seat colour using Steve's product before so it can be done. Only downside is that it costs quite a bit as a lot of dye is required.
Make sure the seats you're dying are VERY, VERY clean. You'll also have to remove them from the car and spray the dye as it's the only way to get a good consistent finish. The directions on the pack say you can sponge it on... but didn't work in my case where the colour of the seats were changing.

There is also a sealer product to use on the seats which is worthwhile if you're removing the old colour first... which is a good idea (though not essential going from dark grey to black)

Don't know if Steve has the leather filler, but I've used this stuff from TheScratchDoctor on my Saab seat; http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/380919377230? ... EBIDX%3AIT
And I must say it's brilliant, permanent and flexible just like the leather. Finished off with Steve's dye the repair is invisible. Even used it on my wife's shoes that the cat had badly scratched and mauled. Again an invisible repair.
